Fagen Fighters WWII Museum

Fagen Fighters WWII Museum, located on the Granite Falls Airport, is dedicated to the men and women who served overseas and the homefront. Numerous vehicles, aircraft, memorabilia and artwork are on display. As for vehicles, there is the WC-55 Tank Buster, the M16 Half Track, the Cushman 32 Scooter and many others. The aircraft includes a P51 Twilight Tear, a P20E Desrt Shark, a Rayn PT-22, a JN-4 Jenny, and gliders. Large murals serve as the backdrop on some of the walls in the museum, giving visitors a sense of what it was like to land on the beaches of Normandy and fly planes in combat. The museum also has a growing library and also recorded stories of veterans who served.
