Lorain Tornado Tour
Item 3 of 3
The 1924 Lorain tornado was the deadliest tornado in Ohio's history and left a mark on the City that can still be felt today - if you know where to look. The tornado first made landfall at Lakeview Beach, destroying the beach house and killing 8 swimmers that sought shelter in the bath house. The original arched columns from the first bath house are still visible from the lower level.
