Resource No. 24, wood frame Neo-Colonial/Craftsman style house built between 1904-1908 on a hill overlooking the city. Once the residence of past mayors Elmer Clark (1908-09) and Thomas Norton (1913-15), it is unique as a non-categorical vernacular building found in S.L.O. during the turn of the century. Exterior and interior renovations were made in 1990 consistent with historical significance.
