Resource No. 20, an eclectic Colonial Revival style built around 1904 in the favored “Nob Hill” section of S.L.O. where large Victorian homes were built after the arrival of the railroad. The home is a combination of Carpenter Gothic and Neo-Colonial styles, with wrap-around porch. Named for the original owner, Nathaniel Charles Brew, who owned a furniture and carpet business on Higuera Street. More Info
