Operated by the Bethlehem Heritage Society, this local history museum is located in a former restaurant. In 1997, Society members purchased and renovated the building, filling it with exhibits that share the history of Bethlehem. Of special interest are exhibits about the town's heyday as a hub of tourism, when over 30 hotels graced the city. Other exhibits relate the history of the city's Jewish community, as well as exhibits about local businesses and prominent citizens.
