The Bulletin Building is located in the Chinatown neighborhood of Washington, D.C., close to the Verizon Center. Built in 1928, the four-story limestone structure was designed by the architectural firm Rodier & Kundzin. The building served as a print shop and housed a printing press for the United Publishing Company.

The Art Deco bas reliefs adorning the facade are the most distinguishing characteristics of the Bulletin Building. They depict scenes of the printing trade, reflecting the importance of the print and publishing trade that was once vital to the D.C. economy.

The building continued to function as a print shop for 60 years. On November 12, 2008, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places owing to its role as a landmark of the printing business and as a fine example of industrial Art Deco architecture in the city. Today, the former print shop is the location of the Bar Deco eatery, which serves cuisine Americana.
