Created in honor of an Indiana University alumni, this statue and structure in the heart of campus serves as a main staple in the arts plaza. Although initially meant as a commemoration for an individual, it has served mainly as a symbol of Hoosier tradition and symbol of Indiana University through it's association with legends, rights of passage and personal memories.
