David L. Keyser

David Lee Keyser was born on November 15th, 1895, in Salt Rock, Cabell County, to Charlie L. and Almeda Jane Keyser. He lived in Salt Rock and worked as a farmer. He entered service on July 13th, 1918, and was assigned as a Private, serial number 2748596, to Company A of the Headquarters, Students Training Camp Section B, Richmond Mech. Training School. He caught pneumonia and developed influenza, dying on October 5th, 1918, in Henrico County, Virginia. He was buried in Cabell County’s Farley Cemetery.
